• Unless otherwise specified, shipping is free within the continental United States.
• International and Canadian shipments will incur additional shipping charges. Please email sales@mechmotion.com for a quotation on shipping charges for these destinations.
• Shipments may be made via United Parcel Service, FedEx, or United States Postal Service.
• Please include a valid shipping address when ordering.
• Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Products which specify the estimated shipment lead time in the product description will be shipped according to the lead time specified.
• All online orders will be charged to your credit card immediately after checkout and shipment will be made according to the specified shipment lead time.
• Allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping service. Expedited shipments will incur additional shipping charges. Please email sales@mechmotion.com for a quotation on expedited shipments.
• We will send a confirmation email, including tracking number to the email address provided within 1 hour of shipping your order.

RETURNS

• All products purchased from MechMotion are guaranteed for 30 days after the shipment date.
• In addition, products that are manufactured by MechMotion are guaranteed for a total of 90 days after the shipment date.
• The 30 day and 90 day guarantee are defined by the Warranty described in the Terms & Conditions Agreement.
• Buyer pays all shipping costs for product returns.
  
• MechMotion will only accept returns authorized by a MechMotion customer service representative and with a valid RMA number.
